Our team at Divitas also specializes in facilitating mergers and acquisitions and assisting companies in raising private equity capital. Investment banking and corporate advisory services are offered to corporates and are not part of the mutual fund distribution business. These services are not covered by ARN-55274.

DiVitas Capital was founded in 2006 by Arjun Sawhny (formerly Head-Mergers and Acquisitions, ANZ Investment Bank, Mumbai and a former partner of corporate finance, KPMG. with 20+ years of work experience in India & London). The Divitas Team brings substantial transaction experience. We bridge the gap between emerging corporates and the much needed growth expansion capital. We organize the confusion and streamline information flows between the buyers, sellers and investors in mid-sized companies. Since the firm’s inception. DiVitas has successfully completed several transactions.
